  1. I just opened my last pack of dark brown beard dye and my beard turned purple! I’ve been using your product for years and this never happened! Please advise

    • Purple comes from alcohol. Beer, after shave, face products or shampoo that has alcohol in it. Lets say you do the beard prep with anti bacterial soap, it is high in alcohol. This will cause purple.
Also bottled water (distilled water) can cause a similar effect.
Solution – just mix up some dye if you see purple and apply for 10-15 minutes, rinse and it should be back to normal.
