We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays and weekends).
All orders over $75 in product purchase will have a “signature required” at delivery, this is to prevent any stolen or lost packages. If you are not available to sign for the package a notice will be left to fill out and redelivery will be attempted. If you would like you can go to your local post office and pick it up with the notice that was left in your mailbox. If you are not available to sign or pick up the package you can leave a note for your postal worker with your name, signature, and statement allowing them to leave the package at your door. By doing this you are giving your consent to leave the package and release the post office and Henna Hut from any stolen or lost packages.
USPS First Class Shipping
Only orders weighing less than 13 ounces qualify for first-class shipping rates. First-class mail is a standard 3-7 business day delivery time in the U.S. and 7-28* business days in all other countries.
USPS Priority Class Shipping
All orders will qualify for priority class shipping for U.S. and International destinations. Priority class mail is a standard 2-3 business day delivery times in the U.S. and 6-10* business days in all other countries.
USPS Express Class Shipping
All orders will qualify for express class shipping in the U.S. and international destinations. Express class mail is a standard 1-2 business day delivery time in the U.S. and 3-7* business days in all other countries.
! PLEASE NOTE: You may encounter a customs or duties fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Henna Hut.com and this fee will be dependent on your country.
Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other duties.
You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, hennahut.com is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
Orders that qualify for free shipping to the U.S. may only be shipped using the standard USPS first class shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped.
