COVID update!! Mail delivery is delayed in some states and overseas because of the post office being backed up and customs backed up due to backlash of facilities shut down due to COVID. Do call your local post office with your tracking number if your package is delayed, especially if you are overseas. Many countries are now charging duties regardless of product cost and will hold a package until duties are paid. They will attempt to reach you via phone, so make sure your contact information is correct.

Orders are processed in 24-48 hours.  Sometimes power outages, acts of nature, and unplanned events happen. We pride ourselves on fast shipping as we also like to get things fast when we order them online.

Overseas orders can take as long as 20 plus business days to arrive. In most cases out of country orders do arrive in 6-8 business days, however, customs can take much longer. It all varies so much from country to country it is hard to know how long each will take.

You the customer are extremely important to us and we want you to have your product quickly. If you are in the USA do not wait 30 days to contact us.

Shipping Information


General Information

We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays and weekends).

All orders over $75 in product purchase will have a “signature required” at delivery, this is to prevent any stolen or lost packages.  If you are not available to sign for the package a notice will be left to fill out and redelivery will be attempted.  If you would like you can go to your local post office and pick it up with the notice that was left in your mailbox.  If you are not available to sign or pick up the package you can leave a note for your postal worker with your name, signature, and statement allowing them to leave the package at your door.  By doing this you are giving your consent to leave the package and release the post office and Henna Hut from any stolen or lost packages.

USPS First Class Shipping

Only orders weighing less than 13 ounces qualify for first-class shipping rates.  First-class mail is a standard 3-7 business day delivery time in the U.S. and 7-28* business days in all other countries.


USPS Priority Class Shipping

All orders will qualify for priority class shipping for U.S. and International destinations. Priority class mail is a standard 2-3 business day delivery time in the U.S. and 6-10* business days in all other countries.


USPS Express Class Shipping

All orders will qualify for express class shipping in the U.S. and international destinations. Express class mail is a standard 1-2 business day delivery time in the U.S. and 3-7* business days in all other countries.


International Shipments

! PLEASE NOTE: You may encounter a customs or duties fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Henna and this fee will be dependent on your country.

International Terms and Disclosure

Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other duties.

You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping to the U.S. may only be shipped using the standard USPS first class shipping method. Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to the rates of the carrier.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped.       Hi Francoise, very sorry for the delay: Your tracking number is: LZ667209327US You can track it at, it will not show al of the tracking until it arrives in your country.

      Currently, The Post Office is dealing with a 70% increase in daily shipments due to COVID-19. Shipments in some areas are delayed as much as 7 days via the USA. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order is processed if you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam folder or you can search your mail folder for the keyword “shipping confirmation”.

      Once you track your order you can select the “Text & Email Updates”. Then select all updates. Then enter your email or cell number, check terms and conditions and then select “get Updates”.

      At this time any time the package moves it will notify you. If you have any other errors like “label created” and it does not show it was scanned at the post office, please contact us.
